For years Bose has been THE gold standard when it comes to noise-canceling earphones. However, one writer at Engadget believes that Sony's WH-1000XM3 headset has them beat. What do you think?

The review is very convincing. I'm especially interested in the control of external noise. That's a new concept of noise cancellation for me that I don't know we can do. I was expecting Sony to be cheaper than Bose, but it looks like this... See more
