Facebook simply can't resist joining this saturated market. They probably feel like they are strong enough to compete, but I don't know how they are going to fight against the established competitors without a special feature other than the moving camera.

This made me laugh. Facebook has already been under attack due to privacy concerns by users. Now they think they can launch something like this? I expect this to do extremely poorly.

The title is rather misleading since Portal isn't a surveillance device. Unfortunately, it comes with Facebook's name and a camera which records our immediate environment. I'm especially skeptical of the camera cover which easily makes anyone... See more
