I believe there are quite a number of scrupulous companies out there that taints the whole industry. The main issue here is that sound quality is ultimately a subjective topic. Any thoughts?

What's sad is that this article was written in 2016, but it's still very much relevant today because protections have yet to improve. I'm glad to learn I'm not the only one without those "golden ears".
