The new Asus ZenFone 6 is the upcoming flagship smartphone offering from Asus and this high-end handset comes complete with a sliding display. It features a bezel-less design and does not have any notches or display cutouts on the handset’s display. Rather, its dual front-facing camera is hidden within the handset’s chassis and is revealed when you slide the display down. Sliding the screen upward will reveal the loudspeaker grill of the device.

The back of the Asus ZenFone 6 houses the dual rear camera located at the top center of the device as well as the LED flash. The back panel also contains the fingerprint sensor. while located the bottom of the handset are the USB Type C port and 3.5-millimeter headphone jack.

The ASUS ZenFone 6 will sport the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset. This chipset features an octa-core Kryo 485 CPU which runs at a maximum clock speed of 2.84GHz, and the Adreno 640 GPU.  It will feature a Full HD+ display. The ZenFone 6 will sport 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal flash storage, which users can expand using a microSD card.

The dual-lens rear camera will feature a 48-megapixel and a 13-megapixel lenses, while the handset also supports 18-watt fast charging. The Asus ZenFone 6 also sports a dual SIM card slot, which will allow users to connect to two mobile networks simultaneously. The smartphone will ship with Android 9 Pie pre-installed, although ASUS’s proprietary skin will run on top of Google’s operating system.
