Dell’s XPS line has some of the best, most well-rounded Windows laptops in the market, and the 15-inch variant is about to get even more versatile; its improved graphics allows it to double as an entry-level gaming laptop. In addition, the new Dell XPS 15 will put the webcam at the proper position above the screen. This will mean that the webcam is no longer positioned beneath the Dell logo at the bottom of the screen but back at the top of the screen where it belongs.

The chassis of the Dell XPS 15 (2019) should be the same as before which includes an excellent array of full-size ports and the optional beefy 97Wh battery. It comes with a 9th Gen eight-core Core i9 CPU and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 GPU to start, on top of an OLED screen option as well.  The Dell XPS 15 will pack the new GeForce GTX 1650 GPU, which Nvidia claims is up to 70% faster than the GeForce 1050. With this improvement in graphics, the GTX 1650 should suit casual gamers who don't mind playing PC games at medium graphics settings. 

Two display options have been offered by the Dell XPS 15 (2019) - an FHD matte non-touch panel and a glossy touch-enabled UHD panel. The FHD panel boasted nearly 100% sRGB while the UHD was advertised as covering 100% Adobe RGB. These were great panels in terms of color accuracy and brightness. In addition, you also have the option to outfit it with an OLED display.

Apart from the webcam and performance, the new Dell XPS 15 (2019) will be similar to last year's model and is available in black. It is already one of the best laptops available in the market, but with a screen tweak and powerful insides, it is shaping up to be more appealing than ever.
