Inheriting its predecessor, it offers an advanced modder-friendly “cableless RGB illumination design” for producing an addressable illuminating RGB effect without hassles of power cable management.
One of the key selling point of EVO X II AMD Edition is its support for ASUS AURA lighting control app that enables you to have the full range of lighting control without additional wires, and the seamless synchronization of fluid RGB lighting effects from the motherboard, graphics card, light strips, and memory kits. Plus, it also supports Gigabyte Fusion, MSI Mystic Light, and ASRock Polychrome on selected motherboards so that users can select the same lighting effects when the latest BIOS and lighting control apps are installed. Similar to its siblings like the EVO X II ROG-certified and EVO X II gaming memory, it supports Intel XMP 2.0 specification.
The EVO X II AMD Edition comes with stealth black or frost white heat spreaders, and capable to start at a clock speed of 240 MHz and scales up to 4133 MHz.
