Gigabyte has launched a mini PC - the Gigabyte SBCAP3940 - equipped with the Intel® Celeron™ E3940 Quad-Core processor, the system on chip (SoC) from Intel, that boasts its performance including DX12 on Intel® HD Graphics, plus a dedicated HEVC decoder for smooth HD video playback.
It includes a GIGABYTE Ultra Durable™ on GIGABYTE motherboards, with a range of features and component choices offering a long motherboard lifespan.
GIGABYTE's exclusive 2X Copper PCB design provides sufficient power trace paths between components to tolerate draining power loads and to draw away heat from the critical CPU power delivery area, a necessary feature for overclocking.
The Gigabyte SBCAP3940 features 4K resolution content delivery, utilizing approximately 4,000 pixels on the horizontal axis, more than four times today's standard HD pixel density. GIGABYTE motherboards also offer native 4K support with integrated Intel® HD Graphics via HDMI.
