Realme launched its next flagship smartphone, the Realme 3 Pro, which will appeal to the mass market with its competent offerings. There is a waterdrop notch design on the phone which the company calls a ‘dewdrop’ design. The Realme 3 Pro is 74.2mm wide, with a height of 156.8mm and a depth of 8.3mm. It weighs 172g (with battery), which is quite light and fits easily in the pockets as well.
The Realme 3 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor with Adreno 616 GPU and runs on the company's own ColorOS 6.0 based on Android 9.0 Pie out-of-the-box. The processor offers better graphics handling capabilities and makes optimum usage of the phone’s battery. There are a host of pre-loaded apps that come with the Realme Pro 3, which can be uninstalled if preferred. The device sports a 6.3-inch IPS screen of FHD+ resolution (2340 x 1080 pixels resolution) and very slim bezels on the sides. The display comes protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The Realme 3 Pro features a 25-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. There is a dual-lens setup at the back which comprises of 16-megapixel primary sensors (f/1.7 aperture) and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor (f/2.4 aperture). The various camera features include Nightscape, Ultra HD, Chroma Boost, Portrait Mode, Expert Mode and HDR. The front camera offers you features like AI Beautification, HDR and AI Facial Unlock. The camera supports various video recording formats, EIS and Time-Lapse modes.
The Realme 3 Pro comes in two internal storage options: 64GB and 128GB in three variants – 4 GB RAM with 64 GB internal storage, 6 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage and 6 GB RAM with 128 GB internal storage. The phone also comes with a microSD card slot to expand storage up to 256GB. It is backed by a 4,045mAh battery.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, OTG, Bluetooth 5.0,dual-SIM support and a fingerprint sensor at the back. The various sensors include E-compass, light sensor, proximity sensor, gravity sensor and accelerometer sensor.
The smartphone comes in three colour options - Carbon Grey, Lightning Purple and Nitro Blue.
