Wacom Bamboo Ink Plus stylus

Overall Ratings:
Description:

The Bamboo Ink Plus stylus is Wacom's second generation of its Windows Ink stylus for Windows 10 two-in-one or tablet. The digital pen is designed primarily for creative purposes where you can take notes, draw and sketch on the screen as naturally as on paper.

In contrast to its predecessor, the Bamboo Ink, it does not require the hard-to-find AAAA battery as it has a USB-C-rechargeable built in. And Wacom redesigned the top button, which people complained was prone to break.

It still has the ability to connect to any Windows Ink-compatible device via either Wacom AES (Active Electrostatic) or MPP (Microsoft Pen Protocol). Plus, Wacom supplements its 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity with added tilt support (provided your device is capable).

Furthermore, the Bamboo Ink Plus also includes a triangular barrel that some may find ergonomic yet keeping it from rolling off the desk. Just like its predecessor, it comes with three different nibs (soft, medium, firm) that are easily replaceable. The barrel is covered in the brushed-rubber-type surface for easier gripping in your hand than the usual pen barrel, although it gives off a dusty appearance.
