Have you ever been so frustrated with a chat agent that you typed, "you're an idiot," or something like that with no intention of hitting send? Yeah, better stop that.

Wow this is scary! Whereas there is no danger in an agent seeing whatever it is you are typing, this feels like a great invasion of privacy. On the other hand, no one who gets online to talk to an agent wants an answer to their query delayed.

I'm all for it personally. Whatever gets me the answer I need in the quickest amount of time is fine with me. Chat agents have a hard job.
