The article said that users have been importing their medical records since early this year, though I don't know if that process is completely safe. This is another layer of our identity, so I kind of wish that it won't be accessed so easily.

Our privacy is getting lesser as the years go by with our technology improving and advancing at a fast pace. We can't really live in a private world when we use these electronic gadgets that connect to the internet.

Those are very good points. Health information is useful for emergency cases, but that's a very limited scope. Improving the system doesn't necessarily mean that all data should be easily accessible.

I can deal with this issue and can see the benefits to all this tracking and data collection, but I wish each of us had more control over it all.

I agree with Harper. If we're constantly forking over all of our personal information, can't we at least benefit in some way in return? Instead, we seem to be gouged even more than before the advance of technology.
