I haven't been exercising regularly this year but I am not in any rush to make resolutions that may not be easy to keep. Out of all these, Glassdoor and MyFitnessPal are my favourite.

I tried using a similar app from the list here, but it still did not work for me because I always make an excuse not to follow the app's reminder. It became a nuisance in the end that I deleted it. I guess having a healthy lifestyle should start... See more

I'm already struggling to keep my New Year's resolutions. I'm going to try one of these apps to keep me going. I'll probably start with My Fitness Pal.
