I must admit that I bought my first fitness tracker without first finding out if it fitted what I wanted to achieve with it. A few weeks after the purchase, it eventually hit me that there were cheaper bargains elsewhere and that had I considered omitting any extra features, the cost would have come down drastically. I was much wiser when making my next purchase!

I'm glad to hear that you learned from your mistake. I don't use a wearable to check my health status as I will be dependent on the gadget. I maintain a regular exercise and always eat a healthy diet for me to be fit.

I bought my very first one when I had a good Black Friday deal, then realized it wasn't very convenient with no screen. So I traded it in very quickly!
