His life must have changed forever after this scandal. Increased scrutiny must have heaped a lot of pressure. He may have become popular, but I guess it hasn't been a smooth sail. Nonetheless, it is great to read that he is focusing his research AI and what the future holds.

It takes strength to be a whistleblower. It's incredibly wrong of Facebook to ban the guy! Why can't Facebook just admit that they were in the wrong, correct their flaws, and move on. Why punish the guy who was trying to make things right?

What the whistleblower did was noble, and without him, Cambridge Analytica would still be operational. Facebook shouldn't have banned him at all, but it looks like transparency is something most of these companies eschew.
