More phones and more applications provide the features of tracking and limiting how much time we spend on them. We also see more articles on how much is enough for different age ranges, such as the one I linked. Are they effective though? How have you been controlling your time with your phone this far?

I don't think screen time matters really. It's important for children to play and interact with others face to face, but I don't believe screen time hurts their vision or damages their brains.

I'm with Clyde33 on this one. "Everything in moderation" is the lifestyle motto that makes the most sense here. What children view during their screen time also matters.
