I have always stuck with complex passwords ( a combination of upper case letters, lower case letters, symbols and numbers) because these are not easy for anyone to guess. The passwords listed in the link are in use by a lot of people.

Jeez, many of those passwords are ridiculous. We've been warned not to use numbers in a row or dictionary words for ages now. Why is "monkey" popular?

I'm also interested why monkey is popular. I have a friend whose password is really unique. His password is "idontknow". Another common mistake in making our password is the use of our birthdays.

I also don't get why 'monkey' would be a popular password. It is always advisable to have a complex password to eliminate chances of anyone trying to crack it.
