The tricks explained are based on Microsoft 2010 Excel but interestingly I have stuck with Office 2007 for a long time (I love its simplicity). Going through this list, I now realize that Excel is quite broad in scope.

Being an Excel expert requires time and patience, but I am glad that I am quite familiar with a few tricks in the list. I would want to learn how to use this tool to forecast.

I agree with you because Excel in itself, is quite broad in scope and depending on the purpose, learning it could take time and requires a great deal of patience. All the same, there are certain tricks that can be learned by everyone.
