Indeed, if billions of cellphones have been sold, why are there only a handful of exploding cellphone stories? It is important to purchase recommended/original accessories for our own safety.

I never, for once, believed those stories about phones exploding while charging. It is best to care about our safety by purchasing accessories that meet the safety threshold.

I've heard about batteries overheating and damaging the phone itself, but I've never run across the tale of exploding phones. I'm glad to read that it's not a real issue.

I guess this happens when phone owners purchase phone accessories that are not genuine. It makes a whole lot of difference when, as phone owners, we only go for the approved accessories.
