The majority of these apps focus on analyzing the quality of sleep and/or creating an alarm to wake you up but what I'd love is something that creates an atmosphere that can lead to sleep, in case of insomnia. I try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of sleep though I stay up late at times.

I'm so glad you shared this article. I have a terrible time falling asleep. I tried taking over-the-counter sleeping pills, but still feel so drowsy the next morning. Hopefully some of these apps will help.
