We no longer have to worry about our phones getting no power on a long camping trip. The only drawback is that this device is still under development and it may become available for purchase after March 2019.

It looks awfully large for camping, but maybe that's just the photo. Solar power is a terrific resource for environmentally friendly power so I'm thrilled to see innovations in this area.

It is still in development so we can be sure that this solar generator will become smaller in the future. I think they can use one panel, but it will still need space for the battery and power regulator.
