The Nokia 3310 is such a blast from the past, and it reminds of the pre-smartphone era. It is an option for seniors who need a reliable phone that meets the calling and texting threshold. My best pick would have to be the Motorolla G6 Play.

I got my grandparents one of the Jitterbug phones and it works great for what they need. The buttons are large enough that they're easy to see and the phone is very simple to work.

The best thing is that these phones are not only easy to use but long lasting as well. Most senior citizens that are tech-savvy prefer to have both a smartphone and a simple phone that can perform basic functions.

My grandmother uses an iPhone like a pro. She's always playing games on her phone which is funny because she used to get onto us kids for playing Nintendo too much while we were growing up.

Your grandmother really deserves an award because the only games I play on my phone are chess and scrabble. There is a high likelihood that only a small portion of the senior population doesn't use smartphones.
