This is now a battle of wills. Huawei is creating its own operating system, which I think will deepen the doubt of the US government as they cannot control the phone's OS. However, Other governments give support to Huawei so Huawei is not alone in its battle.

Amidst all the controversy, which other companies will the likes of the US opt for? The articles gives a breakdown of when Huawei's troubles started and clearly this issue is bigger than it appears at face value.

Thanks for sharing, TimmyZ. I'm really interested in seeing how this whole saga plays out. I feel the US is trying to sabotage Huawei's efforts and I hope they aren't successful.

I appreciate your sharing the article as I've wondered what was going on with the company. Huawei is banned from my workplace, so I haven't bought any of their devices, though I've heard they are good.

The UK is now slowly going into the US fray of this fight. I don't think this will make a difference as Huawei is still allowed to continue on its 5G roll out.
