It is amazing that the power of the smartphone cameras can compete with DSLR cameras. I don't see how DSLR cameras will become extinct, but I'm sure that their sales will drop as smartphone cameras become more enhanced.

I have thought about that as well, since smartphones take awesome pictures now, people are into selfies, and it's just awfully convenient to use the device you already tote around.
