One company thinks of an idea and others quickly follow suit. That is the kind of trend we have gotten used to when talking about new technology. From this list the Motorola RAZR V4 stands out, IMO. Do we expect Apple to ever produce a foldable phone?

Apple often charts its own path and I doubt if this is a trend the company will venture into immediately. Look at how long it took for the dual-sim technology to be incorporated into some of their devices!

I agree with Aba. Apple is not fond of copying the innovation or technology of other companies. They follow suit only when the feature has become the norm.

Apple set a good precedent and it is a good thing because its devices can be distinguished from the rest because of the unique features. I don't think that it will follow this path.
