Still a work in progress, I plan on getting a bigger desk and a second monitor that is 4K. I also plan on getting a Xbox series X when they come out to balance my set up as it will help keep my set up symmetrical.
Any questions just ask I will be updating my set up as often as I can, any suggestions or advice let me know.
The budget for my set up is £2000 which I'm under at this time.
I play games on an Xbox One S and I do schoolwork on my dad's old custom tower. I switch between the two setups with a USB switch collector. They're pretty cheap on Amazon. This is displayed on my 75 hertz Acer SA320 monitor. For peripherals I have a Turtle Beach Xbox Edition headset, a Redragon K552 Kumura RGB keyboard, a Redragon M601 mouse, and a Redragon Archelon mouse pad. The chair is an AuAg gaming chair. My dad and I built a picture frame like cover for our Govee RGB light strips. We also routed the lights through the wall for the inside loop. For cable management I used zip ties and string. The power strip is hanging from the desk. The string is covered with a statue of a dog and a couple of rubix cubes. I want to paint the desk white, upgrade the PC and move the Xbox to the TV, get a black mouse pad, get white key caps for the keyboard, cut a hole in the desk to route the keyboard and mouse wires out. and put a platform for cable management on the bottom of the desk. **UPDATE** I opened up the case and tried to find out what parts my dad used when he built the computer. (NOTE: the computer is probably 6 to 10 years old.) The computer is a custom computer using parts from CenDyne (RAM), Elite Group (motherboard) , Corsair (SSD) , WD (Hard Drive), Zotac (Graphics Card), Apower (Power Supply), Cooler Master (CPU Fan), AMD (CPU), and there is a company called MIC stationed in Singapore. The part is the PCI but I'm not sure because it's in Chinese. The case is also very old and I do not know what it is either. I think the computer was around $200 to $250 new in parts.
I would love suggestions!! I am going for a blackish and whiteish theme with black being the dominant color. I just added black fans that give project white spinning fans inside my tower. I was hoping for any skin suggestions on the hyperx gaming mic to make the insides white? Any suggestions or feedback is great!!!
