It looks like sales for the game Superhot are on fire. Since the game's sales are 300% higher on the new VR headset Oculus Quest then it sold on the old Oculus Rift, could this be a signal that VR gaming is finally taking off?

Well, that could be the case even though it may be too early to tell. What isn't without doubt is the fact that the current VR gaming hardware is much better when compared to dedicated consoles and PCs.

I have this headset and it is much better than the previous model in my opinion. The controllers have greatly improved. There are quite a few games available, especially when you consider that the device hasn't been out long.

I love playing Superhot and recommend it if you haven't tried it before. I think the lower price of VR gear and games might have something to do with virtual reality's increase in popularity.
