I think I will be skipping this one. I do like Sidecar but the devices that I would like to pair aren't compatible at this point. Security updates are always a plus but for me, not worth it.

I am a terrible computer owner because I do all of these. I do updates but I usually delay them for a few weeks. I will bookmark this and take a few hours to go through my computer soon to delete some junk off of it.

I bet it's something that most consumers don't even know about.  They just see and hear the greater number and think that means it's better, it's faster, and it's more advanced,  without considering how it plays out in the real world.
FancyyFrog
I agree with this actually. As for the company, I think the consumer is also blinded by the fact that it is the newest thing out there, so if they get to use it they get to tell everybody about it. I remember the same happening with 3G, 4G, 5G.

I like the Pixelbook Go and the design of it. I am just a little bit shocked at the price of the Pixel Buds. To me, ear buds cannot be worth that much and I don't think they will be a success.
FancyyFrog
I really do like the design. I am a fan of the slim notebooks and I feel like many brands are slacking on this. I used to own an ASUS and though it was light, it was still very bulky.

I am probably one of the very few people who has no problem with my personal data being out there. I never give super personal or sensitive information like my social security number, and I don't see a problem with my data being out there.

I always charge my phone overnight because it is most convenient. I have been doing for over 10 years. But also never heard of phones exploding. I did hear that your battery life decreases when you overcharge your phone.
FancyyFrog
I surely hope they won't put out a device with a flaw like this, because that is really going to hurt their image. I think they already took a big hit with the exploding phones.

I haven't used flash drives in forever, with Cloud and all your data sharing platforms I feel like I don't really need it anymore. I use a large storage device for my backups but that's it.

That's a really nice looking smartwatch! I like that it looks like an analog watch, very pretty. Garmin is a leader in GPS/activity watches, so you can definitely trust the brand.

I bought my mom a Surface a few years back and she is one of those people that always touches the screen when she holds it, so that was a bad decision on my end and I am glad to see they're getting rid of it. Even though I do like the bezeled... See more

Thank you for your post on this collection! The battery is indeed just simple to take out. The only issue I've had traveling with this suitcase is that you need to remember to take the battery out when you go through security, else they will... See more

I love how Facebook figured out that humans could be driven by likes and shares and could become addicted to it.  It was a tool that Facebook exploited.  How odd to see this change. Isn't it too little too late?
FancyyFrog
That is what I was thinking too. I don't think it will hold up. It is going to take away a lot of the interaction and that will drive people away from liking and sharing content on Facebook.
FancyyFrog
For me personally, it really is overwhelming. It already has been. There used to be just a handful of smartphones to choose from but now every brand has just endless choices. I am sure this is great for some, but for me, I am starting to get... See more

I absolutely love how lightweight it is, which is why I put it in the collection. I have had some other lightweight laptops in my days but they just simply not nearly hold up as well as the Macbook has for me.

My Apple Keyboard is at a good angle for me, not completely flat, but this would actually be nice for when I am on the road with just my laptop. I have a larger stand for it at home but it is not very convenient for on the road.
FancyyFrog
Wow that is actually very satisfying to look at haha It almost looks like a piece of art. I agree it would even be alright to put it on the desk than to hide it under the desk haha

I am a fan of Gmail because of the look and the simple design, and I only just started using the Calendar function on it. I didn't know about all of these features but I might try the scheduling e-mails, that seems quite convenient.
FancyyFrog
Not a fan of these (to me) over the top futuristic ideas. What is the point of making something on the screen invisible? Especially when taking a video.
FancyyFrog
Wow, this is really sleek, I like the design. I would just be interested to know if it comes in different colors. I am not a fan of dark speakers, I prefer something lighter to fit my interior style. I do think that the smart tech features are a... See more

Oh I actually like some of these. I am always on the go and definitely love looking for these gadgets. They do look a little bulky in my opinion, but if they're lightweight, I would totally consider it.

I really thought the Nexus was going to do better than it did. There was a short period where it was hyped up, but I feel like it's kind of going away. Same for the OnePlus, it is such a good phone!
FancyyFrog
I'd have to see it. I feel like the XS Max is already on the large side. I would like a bigger smartphone (much better for these aging eyes!) but it should be able to fit into a small purse comfortably.
FancyyFrog
I really don't believe in this. I don't think robots will create a mind of their our or will be able to outsmart humans. I think it's great that AI exists and it helps us in many ways but I also think Hollywood makes it looks a bit scarier than... See more

This is interesting. I like the more simple games on my iPad and iPhone, and I can't imagine playing a more sophisticated game on a handheld device. Maybe this is great for the traveling gamer?

I do like that they organize events like this, I think it is important for brand loyalty. It can be very polarizing in a good way. If it were somewhere close to where I lived, I do think I would go.

I think it may be a good deal for readers who aren't really picky. I know some people who will read anything and everything, so the selection may be good enough for them. I am super picky about the types of books that I read and spend money on,... See more

This made me laugh. Facebook has already been under attack due to privacy concerns by users. Now they think they can launch something like this? I expect this to do extremely poorly.
