Isn't online privacy or a lack of it a major concern now?

You may have nothing to hide but that doesn't mean that a firm somewhere has a right to pry on all you do. Ensuring that your browsing history and cookies are cleared isn't sufficient after all. I just installed the AdBlock Edge extension with the hope that it will improve my online experience.

Which is your favorite smart device?

I hardly knew that these devices existed and my best picks are the smart bed and smart garage door. Who doesn't love being able to analyze the quality of their sleep the day after? With the the smart garage door, you can easily monitor any infringement of your garage.

10 times faster than 4G

5G is projected to have a maximum speed of 20Gpbs, and this will probably surpass that of wired home connections. Personally, I look forward to no more buffering, especially when movie streaming.

We all have experienced slow speeds, haven't we?

Having a slow PC and/or laptop can be disappointing especially when you have to find something else to do as it boots. I love the tip about disabling the password if at all you operate your PC or laptop in a secure environment.

Which is the more superior OS?

A raging debate has been going on for years, putting Windows and Linux at the center of it all. In my view, Windows is more user-friendly when compared to its competitor, Linux.

So the Apple Pencil is not a Stylus?

I have run into a lot of people that love to refer to the Apple Pencil as an Apple version of the stylus. As much as this is a discussion that generates varied views, there is a big difference between these two accessories.

The Apple Pencil 2 is revolutionary

We could say that it is in a league of its own considering that it has gesture controls and charges wirelessly. I get the feeling that other companies will start trying to emulate what Apple achieved here. Do you think there will ever be a match?

Will desktop PCs ever disappear completely?

While we may think that they have become increasingly irrelevant, desktop PCs are still popular. The lack of portability is the main reason folks moved away from them but in reality, they are still very useful. I have a PC at home that I use for tasks like video and photo editing. I can't see them... See more

Buying a TV

Over time, it has probably been proven that the high-end TVs don't necessarily outdo the mid-range ones, in terms of performance and so there may be a save on cost, when the right choice is made. Like other gadgets, these devices are always being upgraded but to most people (like me) what always... See more

Getting a gift

College students (mostly love) gadgets and at times, it may be challenging to settle on that one item. I remember going for my niece's birthday and almost calling her to ask what she'd prefer for a present, when in actual sense, she wasn't even supposed I'd show up at the party!

The wireless keyboard

I love the flexibility that a wireless keyboard offers, in terms of portability and being able to use it with a wide range of devices. I would agree that they get obsolete over time (and this can be fixed) but the idea is that it is much easier to use a laptop, without having to rely on its... See more
