Dante13 looks great!, but maybe repositioning your phone holder so it isn't in front of the monitor digging the black but also consider buying a laptop holder for beneath your desk so it isn't that visible

acrisk Try moving the vertical monitor to the right so that it has a more seemless look and functionality so that you don't have to look all the way to the right to chech twitter or discord.

    Anubis Themed Setup

    Edited March 17, 2022 6:11pm

Whenever I make a setup I tend to follow a theme and for this one I decided to do an Anubis theme. I was always interested in Egyptian Mythology and I decided to include the myth of him weighing someone's heart, which symbolizes the soul, against the Feather of Ma'at, or the feather of truth. The wall panels I found at Walmart and I fell in love with them, I decided to get them instead of NanoLeaf panels because I like to try different products. I had the wall scrolls for a couple of years and I figured that they'd look perfect on either side of my setup. The cable management was a bit of a nightmare because for some reason I decided to buy 10 ft long cables for almost everything, however I think I did the best I could. The monitors I have had in my previous setups and I wrapped the bottom (right side) of the right monitor to make them look similar. The two side monitors I actually use mainly for my messaging apps, Discord and Telegram, however if I am gaming I can throw Youtube on the right one. Now lets get to the meat of my setup, my computer Anubis. Anubis is a custom build gaming computer with a custom watercooling loop. Anubis: CPU: 9900k GPU: EVGA 2080 Super RAM: Gskill 4x8gb Trident Z RGB STORAGE: Samsung 960 250gb, Crucial mx300 750gb, Samsung 860 1TB x2, Crucial mx500 1TB, Seagate 5tb HDD MOTHERBOARD: Asus z390 Maximus XI Extreme PSU: EVGA Supernova g3 850w CASE: Lian Li o11 XL FANS: EKWB Vardars Custom Loop CPU: EKWB Monoblock GPU: Heatkiller GPU Block Fittings: EKWB 14mm Fittings in Black Nickel Radiators: EKWB PE 360 x2 Coolant: Koolance 702 Blue, About 1.5 Liters Resivoir: Radikultcustom Front Distribution Panel Pump: EKWB G2 D5

tohamahawk You should work on cable management and if that laptop doesn't serve any purpose, theres a way to keep your laptop lid closes while you use your monitor. Also de clutter your desk.
LUGMAN Thank you very much for this reply but i have a new gaming setup with good cable management i de cluttered my desk and with the laptop it serves a large purpose to my stock trading but thank tou

    Minimalist Music/Video Production Workstation

    Published September 17, 2020 11:30am

Still got a little way to go with it, I'd like to ditch the two tripods and get clamp mounts instead, I wanna grab a headphone stand and a potted plant to tie it all in, and I want to get a bit of mood lighting going too

itisnutella Those posters and visible cables aren't very pleasing to the eyes. Nice guitars collection tho
kaidown Thanks for the critique - I've actually taken down most of the posters since this photo and opted for a more minimal look. Unfortunately some of the cabling is unavoidable with the audio equipment I'm running, but I have cleaned up a lot of it

tohamahawk You should save some money to buy a larger desk or make one using the items around your house. If you make a few upgrades your setup could actually look pretty nice.

    DIY Book PC Case

    Edited September 19, 2020 6:55am

Recently, I made a custom pc case that resembling a book. It's absolutely nice to look and when you put it on the book shelf, you can't really tell that it's actually a pc. Also, when you put other books with it, it camouflages really well. I have a video on youtube on how I made this pc book case. Here's the link if you're interested: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZy7TqZzawo&t=975s YES, I know what you're thinking, the heat! Since this build is very compact and small, the main issues will be the airflow and heat management. The solution is to open the top cover when using it allowing the heat to be released directly to the open air. This pc mainly for web browsing and probably some light office works - no games or overclocking. Anyway, I have tested the temps and the results are also on another video that I posted on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqgeKAuTKgY

tohamahawk I love the creativity and effort put into this setup. If you're going for a yellow color scheme, you should add more yellow to your setup.
    itisnutella thanks for your feedback!
