I don't see why so many phone makers are interested in getting rid of physical buttons.  Sometimes the screen freezes and the physical buttons are what lets you get things back on track by turning it off and on when nothing else works.

To me, whether it's worth the price depends on how often you'd use it and whether there's a comparable model that costs less.  If it suits your needs best and they fit into your budget I say go for it.
