I get the article's point.  Sometimes too much variety and choice leads to indecision and by putting out just a few devices, Google can focus on the big things that people need and want.  I don't buy Google's sustainability argument though.

All this could be true, but not coming from Google or any other competitor, for that matter. We can look at this from all sides, and conclude that as long there is customer loyalty, Amazon is at liberty to use any strategy.

It may be incorrect to underestimate Apple TV's popularity (it is the fifth most popular streaming player). All the same, there's some work to do, if it is to rival the likes of Netflix, that have a huge variety of content.

My parents have one of those and the picture is truly brilliant.  I wouldn't buy a refurb from a third-party seller, but I would happily grab a refurb from the manufacturer.  Especially if it comes with a similar warranty as their new models.

I loved every bit of the Series 4, and the company did well to allow the watch face to be always-on, in Series 5. This new smartwatch gives Google such a steep hill to climb, in looking to compete with Apple.

I don't find the Series 5 to be so different from the Series 4. The only problem is that the company is no longer going to sell the latter. On the other hand, the always-on Retina display is a great feature.
