It is understandable for Sony to shut down Vue for not generating the expected revenue, and it is not surprizing that it continues to dominate the gaming scene. I also look forward to the PS5 dominating the market.

Mine is never turned off unless needed. Sometimes it needs to be restarted.  I never even considered turning it off. Set it and forget it is my motto!
Jade25
It is risky to leave your router on when it is not in use because hackers could easily access your network. The more you do this, the faster it takes when being restarted. There are cons to this, but I believe that the pros outdo them.
Jade25
I had no idea that we could restart a computer in more than one way. The standard procedure is by going through the start menu, but I see how interesting it can be to experiment with the other methods!

It's like we forfeit any rights to our privacy by merely existing online. The Threads app is both controversial and unrealistic. It is a bold move from a company that has had bad publicity in the past with issues around privacy.

I don't know what changes Sony expected to come into effect, but it makes sense for the company to focus on its core gaming business. Either way, Sony is moving away from Vue because it hasn't been profitable in the past.

I use an older model that still has the jack, so I may not understand the experience of a person owning a phone without a wireless jack. Either way, I think we will all (somehow) get used to the changes.

Oh yes, I would like to have the option of choosing between the two. I would presume that wireless earbuds sound better and are of higher quality?

I like the fact that they have made it thinner and lighter than the previous wearable (Galaxy Watch Active). Nonetheless, it would have been better for the company to retain the rotating bezel found on earlier Samsung smartwatches.

I will still recommend people to be mindful of brands related to insurance, service, and the reselling value. Sometimes the safety and assurance that you get by getting a device from a trusted brand are worth the extra cost.
Jade25
I agree with you. A trusted brand that is popular has a higher resale value. On the other hand, a company that is new to the market poses many unforeseen challenges. It is better to stick with well-known brands.

I'm not optimistic about this news. Selling a new version because the current version doesn't sell as expected will just give the iPhone a bad rep from the people who bought the iPhone XS or XR.
